Employment
The Department of Mathematics employs tutors for all 100 and 200 level mathematics courses. Tutors must maintain at least a 3.5 overall gpa and a 3.5 gpa in math classes. Hume 324 and 326 is our main tutoring location for DS 099, ALL 100 and 200 level Math classes, as well as Math 353 and 375.
The Department of Mathematics is also employing proctors to help instructors during testing at the JAC Math Lab. The JAC Math Lab is the departmental testing center.
All lab employees must be able to communicate with students freely. As such, employees must be fluent in the English language.
