Instructions If you would like to apply to take the ALEKS PPL Placement Assessment, fill out and submit the short application below. If you have already filled out this application, do not fill it out again (unless you made a mistake the first time you filled it out). Filling out the application more than once could create a delay in our response. Please note that incoming freshmen with a Math ACT subscore of 16 or lower (or SAT/SATR equivalent) are NOT allowed to use ALEKS for placement! These students are required to take DS 099. Further note that students with a Math ACT subscore of 19 or higher (or SAT/SATR equivalent) are not currently allowed to use ALEKS for placement. The current price for ALEKS is $25 (plus tax).
