Q: I forgot/lost my Ole Miss ID card. Can I still take the test?
A: Yes! We accept any official picture id such as a driver’s license or passport. If you have no form of ID, come to your scheduled test time and the proctors will give you further instructions.
Q: Can I take my test early (meaning prior to test week)?
A: No. The only exception is for University-approved functions. Please discuss your issue with your instructory.
Technical Issues with Pearson’s MyLab (Math 115, 123, 125, 261-4)
Q: My MyLabsPlus software won’t let me log in — it has a “timeout error”. What’s going on?
A: Sometimes, the software will timeout, especially often on Mac computers. There are a few ways you can try to fix this. Please note that Safari is not compatible with Pearson’s MyLab, so try a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome. If that isn’t the problem, try clearing your browser’s cache or deleting your cookies. A quick Google search can tell you how to do this for whichever browser you are using.

Q: I took the course on an installed platform several semesters ago and I can’t find my access code. What do I do?
